Norway

Let the forest there be full, my lord!

With gardens of beautiful flowers-

The flowers that neither wither nor their perfume lost

And remain so long as the sun doth.

Let the soil there be endowed with fertility,my lord!

That may yield to feed for all,

Never to be lacked, never to be starved

As long as your creation last.

Let the minds and hearts there be pure,my lord!

With a deep sense of spiritualism,

The words and deeds be true,my lord!

With true spirit of patriotism.

Let the people there do,my lord!

The deeds that never die-

The deeds that bring forth the fruits,my lord!

The sweetest of all that plants can bear.

Let there flourish an eternal peace,my lord!

That will neither fade nor lost-

The peace that makes a paradise,my lord!

Out of the hills and dales of my land.

Let my fellow citizen be one from varied,my lord!

Though they differ in race and colour.

Let my atavistic land be adorned,my lord!

With all thy divine gifts.
