Bhutaneseliterature.com Forms Board of Editors

With the aim of institutionalizing the literary platform, Bhutaneseliterature.com has declared a five member editorial board. The board headed by Pashupati Timsina who is designated as Chief Editor consists of three desks (Nepali, English and Dzongkha) headed by individual editor. Dzongkha desk, for now, is kept empty and will be fulfilled when someone, who can work with the language, comes to the board.

The Board of Editors is aimed to finalize working principles, criteria for article publication, date (time) and number of articles to be published each time and many more.

Bhutaneseliterature.com is working for finalizing two other boards: Board of Advisors and Board of Representatives and it is expected to be declared as soon as possible. Nothing is said about the tenure of the editors and the board may get restructured when it is felt necessary.

Bhutaneseliterature.com welcomes the suggestions and constructive criticisms from the individuals and the groups for the well-being, improvement and further developments.

    Congratulations !!!

Congratulations to Bhutaneseliterature.com for the formation of the Board of Editors. The formation of the Board was long flet very necessary. So, the act of the formation is really really very anticipating and acknowledging work from all the way that has been cited at the present.

The Board headed by PP Sharmaji sounds perfectly the capable yard of intellectuals who may gear the developemnt of the Bhutanese literature towards the zenith of its perfection. Infact, I am personally very optimistic towards the this attempt and regard this as a beginning with the paces of landmarks aimed at crreating the newer perspects in the ongoing arneas of the Literature.
Many things have been aimed in the name of the development of the literature in Bhuatn and just the ignorable green light has been sourced as the achievement. We have a very little exploration aout ourselves in the international zones of writing the literature.
    A. Why this Board is Formed ?
The formation of the Board is very notarizing work in itself but It should have the specific targets to achieve, Such as not just selecting and publishing the articles written by the generals. I personally aniticipate to welcome this board to work towards writing the contemporary issues that are all going widder in the modern literature, contemporary at present. Editors today are not the body of individuals, they are collectively the school of thoughts to bring something new which is awaited in the development of literature. So in our Bhutanese Literature, we have been awaiting the writing of criticisms. It is very traditional and we need to modernize and some sharpened minds like this board with some inclusion is very necessary. Now, I would be very pleased to see a well written commentry (formated and detailly discussed) atleast once a blue moon. This could be the new initiation of the Bhutanese literature dot com.

    B. Areas of Development?
What different areas we are going to develop with the activation of this Board of Editors should be specifically cited and need to meet with interest and enthusiasm from the side of the Editors. If we are just repeating the history of keeping the editors so that they remain to remain an inactive designation may not be the work our history is anticipating. So, let us set the targeted goals to be achieved at the certain stipulated time frame. It would be the basis for the guidelines for the Board of Editors.

    C. Compoasition of the Editorial Board?
This Board of Editors seems perfectly functionable in greator areas and efforts. Looking deeply to its composition it cropped as if it is academically dominated by the English minds but Nepali to almost all of them works as the practical area of writing. Sometimes, this will have impacts in contemporarily criticizing the work of writing. Many a time, it seems that Mr. Bhim Prasad Timsina (Nepali Editor) may become alone at the mass of Nepali writers in the Editorial Board. We can Reorganise it as: (The Chief Editor as PP Sharmaji), (Nepali Desk of Bhim Prasad Timsina with another editor in this section), (English Desk of Yati Raj Ajnabee with one more editor) Ramesh Ji in execitive Desk may need one more support hand. The setting of the Co-Editor seems impractical in this format as published, so we can dismiss this heading putting Jeetan ji at the English Desk. If we cite as needed we can better set a separate News Desk for working with the Literay News.

    D. Reorganisation of the Site?
The site at present needs some home works at organising it contents. some of the contents published needs to be discussed such as the Indraji’s Article is published not in the site. It is linked to the site just by advertising the News site where the article originally was published. So, at this point what is the goal of publishing the article which is impressively written? This type of writing may crop up yellow sign in the development itself. Let us Publish the filtered new write up as a symtemic writing of the site.

Life,as seen,is just something shaped and put to act in a way guided by invisible power.”is it a figure established to wait for someone to shake and be directed before something comes out by itself?”Perfectly no!It may not be astonishing to say it has become a habit of us not to stand or move unless someone says to do so.But depending upon the surrounding in which one is in,it may take some time for someone to open the entrance and be pushed into it.Being a very simple and a very enthusiastic member of Bhutanese community presently residing in Denver,Colorado I haven’t found the best word expressing thankfulness and gratification till now in my personal dictionary of wisdom. For me its an inexplicable and the best motivating step taken by our seniors with the objectives to long-live our literature and, ultimately, to pave the best paltform for the upcoming artists.Accordingly,it serves,as I understand,a common ground to reduce hopelessness,a medicine to erase depression and a well designed stage for the youngsters, and all inclusively,to excavate their potentialities.Once more, attaching me,as an indispensable lover of this site,I empahasize on the achievement of the set or unset goals looking entirely to the ups and downs we have gone through and, atleast, retain our conspicuous identity.Conclusively,I say,it was not a mistery of the history of 18 years but a problematic situation aroused due to precisely undefined minds. Therefore, let us tighten our grip and walk together for the desired accomplishment.
