Half burnt autumn moon
World’s only richest pauper
Luring a pilgrim

Sleeping with the stars
In the heart of Kathmandu
A street urchin dreams

Under the winter sky
Swollen clouds chasing each other
Scents of awaited rain

Chilling wintry night
Carping moon gazes me dream
Through the window pane

The first evening star
Was the ever brightest star
Which I did not see

The cardinal in a branch
Beside her tombstone

The evening star
Boils the love in flicker flames
I’m silently drunk

Older or younger,
What’ll not change are memories
We piled, you and me.
