The Change is Inevitable

America
There was a time.
You got to do everything to live.
Plowed the rocky ground days and nights.
Spade the nooks and corners!
The best you can to garner the max you could.
With the tools so obsolete and conservative
Every work was slow but still steady.
Heckles through the process but still longing.
That’s okay for the little land you worked on.
Although your strongest effort gave a little out of the field
That is rocky, dehydrated, but fertile.
Yield less for the toil but at least fed the family for a year.
Without being knocked out for the bills unpaid,
And simply! the stress could be waived.
As if you are free though deprived.
From schools, opportunities, outer world beyond your backyards
For the decades you lived
Likewise!
Schools were mushrooming.
With the hills in between.
You ought to walk hours to learn.
Starve to eat until the end of the day!
But that was fine than not having the one.
And they were resourceless.
Bookless library, teacherless classes, clueless study
But still that was fine.
You got to know how to read and write.
Amidst the fear you learn.
From the slaps and twiggy strike
Without which your days were never gone.
In the morning-in the noon – and in the afternoon
Almost everyday you deserve more perfectly than you were learning.
Because it needs an insight, and the slaps and twiggy strikes not.
And you were made a perfect inborn dictator for the next generation.
So, you do today as perfectly as you were taught.
The masterpiece you became whose dictation cannot be unheard.
Your face can only be seen through a sneaky eye.
And your route must always remain uninterrupted.
You ought others to bow as you did.
You want them to obey for whatsoever.
And the kingdom of your own would never change.
Because you believe you are absolute
You are complete.
You are wholesome.
But the time has changed.
Squeaking carts have no place to ride.
And they cannot fly as you need the sky.
So does with the time
Takes you forever to leap a stride.
And thus, you are behind.
For what you want
For what you do
And for what you make
Your stories are old.
They could be retold.
But would never be likely heard.
As, no-one listen to them for reason.
Their obsolescence and unforeseen death.
Could never be enliven.
Thus, the Change is inevitable.
Adopt it!
So, you can thrive again.
Through the eastern Horizon
Shine again!
You still have so many good things unexplored.
Delve again!
Reveal the real
To survive naturally
The change is Inevitable.
